Industrial Standards Rilco Complies with
We conduct extensive research when deciding on our material suppliers. We strive to ensure that we order the best valued materials that meet the pipe support industry standards, as well as our clients’ specifications.
The quality team performs thorough inspections of all materials and goods received to ensure compliance with technical specifications. Material Test Reports are required for steel materials and collected and maintained for current and future use. Numerous product and material tests are performed on-site at our facility to ensure delivery of the best and most reliable designs in the pipe support industry.
Some of our tests include thermal testing, loading, frictional, clamping force, raw material testing and spring testing. Many quality checks occur during manufacturing as well such as dimension verification, fit-up, welding inspections, surface conditions and more, and followed up by a final inpsection prior to shipping.
